Everyday life can make it challenging to incorporate a balanced fitness routine. Judy will customize a program to fit your schedule, based on the 5 classic components of fitness; strength, endurance, body composition, cardio and flexibility.
There is no magic pill, just hard work and dedication. Judy understands that it's an investment to train on many levels; personally, physically and financially. Having a personal trainer is a luxury, but it doesn't come without accountability from both parties. It simply won't work without mutual dedication.

I have trained with Judy for a year and a half. She always makes the workouts challenging, but keeps them varied enough so it isn’t boring. My cardio has improved which has helped my stamina.
