Turbo Kick is a fun, high energy class that is influenced by kickboxing with a strong focus on the core and abs. This cardio workout changes regularly with the latest and hottest music.
Sculpting works with weights, stability balls, and resistance bands to improve strength, balance and overall muscle tone.
Yoga is a great compliment to your cardio and strength training workouts. It incorporates poses, deep stretching and breathing that calms the body, mind and soul.
